I eat once in 3 days and dont feel any hungry. Lost in 5 years 43kgs. And i feel in that possition great. I move all day, practice, walk like 10-15km in one time with no problems. All it’s in your head. In start of this it was littlebit difficult but now i dont feel any stomack pain or hungry in day or two.
